Andrew C. Johnson, a founding partner of the Firm, has practiced law for over 50 years, specializing in conveyancing, property law, and commercial lending. He has led major real estate transactions, credit union financing, and property development matters. Previously a senior partner at Lex Caribbean and De Nobriga Inniss & Co., he played a key role in shaping property law practice in Trinidad and Tobago. Andrew is also a member of the Corporate, Commercial & Conveyancing Sub-Committee of the Law Association of Trinidad & Tobago and is an honorary member of the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
Andrew’s opinion has been sought by the High Court of Justice, colleagues & insurers in relation to conveyancing issues engaging their attention.
